Confirmed/accept. He asked about Fortier and I saw Smith on his block - I don't have many of the hard hitting type, so decided that I could use a guy like that, even if he's 300k more expensive than Fortier. Tuomaala probably won't amount to a whole lot, but I'm collecting players whose last names start with Tuom__ (there's just one left to complete the set, 30 year old mediocre UFA Henri Tuominen :p )

Panthers accept. Needed another scoring RW and Fortier has massive offensive potential, which is why I included the prospect. Smith is solid but slightly overpaid (gee, I wonder who signed him to that contract? ) and Florida now has an abundance of bottom six hitters.

This also allows the Panthers to run three scoring lines.
