Game 2!

At least two ex-Wings were awful in game one out west, so how did they fare in game two? Well Tyler Myers went from -4 to 0, so that's something! But also Chicago got two goals from Kyle Beach while Anthony Stolarz stopped 19 of 20, as they beat the Kings' 4-1 to even the series.

Over in Winnipeg, Jack Campbell went from being pulled to stopping 23 of 25, meanwhile Kovalchuk, Huberdeau, and Bouchard each had a goal and assist. Dallas' Joel Armia picked up 5 minors, 3 of which were for tripping and none were offsetting. Final score: 5-2 for the Jets, evening the series.

A pattern is about to emerge, by the way.

I think there are ex-Wings in Edmonton, maybe in San Jose as well, but I'm going to move on from that. Jeff Carter stepped up with 3pts, while Brady Tkachuk had a pair of goals, as San Jose put 6 past Ondrej Pavelec on just 21 shots. This means the series' is tied at 1-1.

Finally, despite 1g, 1a, 5 shots, 7 hits, and 6 takeaways by Brandon Saad, the Preds fell to two goals by Forney, and the Ducks win 5-3. Guess what - the series is all square.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

May the best Tkachuk win.

Okay, screw that, may Brady win (in May) regardless.
