I think every team that's currently over can fix it pretty easily - some have pending LTIR, others may need to send a waiver-exempt player down for a bit before making a trade.

Florida definitely needs to do something. Buffalo needs to send down about a dozen players.

If I notice you about to play your first game while over the cap (once LTIR is factored in), I will likely have to modify your lineup. It's very hard to get back under after the first game because of pro-rated cap hits.

Uhhhh not sure, depends? Your projected and todate columns need to be cap compliant. However you work that best?

I'm confused. "The exemption will have no effect unless their total cap hit exceeds 60M". So is it just semantics that, yes, the LTIR should be entered, just it has no effect until it goes beyond the cap?

That just means that LTIR doesn't do anything if you're under 60M, so you can't bank cap space from LTIR. You can start exceeding your nominal MAXCAP at a later time while you still have LTIR, though.

I did a half-assed job through the end of the season but I'm pretty sure everyone obeyed the cap, so no penalties for next season. You can ignore this thread now.
