I like Tryamkin and wasn't willing to lose him for nothing in FA, but given the several very similar (and cheaper) players on the roster it makes sense to move him along to a team that will make better use of him.

Good-Bogg is still in junior and lets me free up a roster spot and a solid chunk of cap space, and he projects to eventually be a pretty similar player to Tryamkin if he develops properly.

Confirmed. Good-Bogg was a 5th rounder, and the Oilers need defensive help now.
