New (old) Carolina Hurricanes GM

Please welcome Guillaume Jalbert aka Jalt (Cane_GM) as the new GM of the Carolina Hurricanes. He was the TB GM for a time a few years ago and is back to try to lead another Southeast team to the Cup. Also already on Discord, setting a great example!
