In a tale as old as time, the hometown Bolts jump to an early lead with Pastrnak scoring on his first shift, then Toews doubling up four minutes later. No more scoring until just past the halfway mark when Daniil Zharkov gets his first of the playoffs.

Ottawa breaks the shutout bid shortly thereafter as Hodgson nets his eighth, one of 16 shots by the Sens in the period. Then in the third, they storm back with goals by Max Jones and Connor McDavid. Then overtime is deja vu all over game as Pastrnak scores on the first shot of the first shift, assisted by Toews and Crosby just like the opening goal.

Series tied 2-2 and so we're guaranteed two game 6's at least; eat your heart out, NHL.
