Re: December 11, 2010
A little bit of everything with a baker's dozen on the slate tonight. Three shootouts, a goaltending meltdown in Montreal, an intent to injure major for Marian Gaborik, domination from Washington and LA, a Penguins shutout and "da hawks win!".

Re: December 11, 2010
I don't even know where to start.
Apparently Price and Halak showed up drunk(And Hall still couldnt get on the scoresheet), our giveaway/takeaway ratio was - 17 and Fleury comes up HUGE.
I honestly cant figure out if we deserved that win or not.

Re: December 11, 2010
That's the most f'ed up thing I've ever seen. Outshot him 44-16 and lose 7-1.
Re: December 11, 2010
I hope Varlamov's eight saves were all from breakaways, because I'm not quite sure how he could deserve the #1 star.
Either way, beast game. Godfrey > Kaberle.

I don't know what's more astonishing - your shot percentage tonight, or the fact that Taylor Hall still hasn't recorded a point.TorontoGM wrote:I don't even know where to start.

Been on a bit of a roll lately despite the loss of Martin but it always helps when Kovy is on a hot streak.

Sometimes it takes a little bit longer to upload. It's the savefile from 12/11. Just downloaded it.Parker wrote:I think that's yesterday's savefile you posted.

Man, I love shootouts.

Re: December 11, 2010
I think I almost prefer that to outshooting the opponent 19-16 but losing 4-2. A .750 save percentage is not going to cut it, Alex Auld.Montreal Canadiens wrote:That's the most f'ed up thing I've ever seen. Outshot him 44-16 and lose 7-1.
EDIT: Huh. Did I say .750? According to the game log, Auld was actually pulled after giving up 4 goals on 14 shots. That's a fucking disgrace.

Kaberle got off to a bit of a shaky start for the 'Yotes but he's come on lately. The Curse of Kaberle be damned.CapsGM wrote:I hope Varlamov's eight saves were all from breakaways, because I'm not quite sure how he could deserve the #1 star.
Either way, beast game. Godfrey > Kaberle.

Fuck shootouts and overtime.
On the other hand, mad props to Johnny Mac for scoring on his first career shot in the NHL. Put that in your pipe and smoke it, Taylor Hall.

Auld? It was the amazing Price-Halak combo, maybe I should stick with Tobias. After winning the first game, thought for sure we were pulling away with 4 points in this one. Thanks for that EHM.Parker wrote:I think I almost prefer that to outshooting the opponent 19-16 but losing 4-2. At least Bryzgalov got a shutout.
