Avs accept. Wanted to add another scorer and Vatanen can be a top line winger. Shaw was a key part of my checking unit, but that line hasn't met expectations so far. Zablocki can play on a fourth line but was blocked in my organization. Martindale will be buried, making the deal cap-neutral from my end. Glad to get a couple picks for taking him. Could still be a decent call-up should the need arise.

Confirmed. Vatanen had been very disappointing in spite of second line minutes and PP time, and Zablocki is a cheaper 4th line centre to keep me (just) under the cap.
