Florida accepts. Cowen is a solid shutdown guy under contract at a reasonable salary for another two years. Should make for a great #5 D and penalty killer. Donnay is a similar, younger player but has limited upside at this point.

Confirmed. I didn't really want to part with Cowen, but the offer made sense so I said why not.
