St. Paddy's Day Edition

Top of the even' to ya! It twas a busy night where the green beer flowed and the fans fought the fans...

https://ehec.pro/EHEC.zip

Well now The Flyers beat the Bruins, Pittsburgh edges out the Devils, The Hurricanes blow into Winnipeg and blow em out 4-1. Montreal got past the Isle 5-3 with 3 points from Rubtsov - who's struggled since his 88 point season last year.
Ottawa trounced the Leafs in a roughing filled affair - the first two periods had only roughing penalties.
Tampa over the Blues 3-1, Florida doubled up on the Sabres 4-2, Minnisota blew the Nucks out of Rogers Arena 7-2 in fact fans were tossing green beer on the ice... LA doubled the Preds in LA 4-2 and the Sharks beat the Wings....

Now the Suspension for 10 games goes to Vancouver's Mitchell Wheaton for taking out Yakupov for the rest of the season.

Yak was having a nice, quiet, decent season for MIN. Rest up for the start of next season I suppose.

Hey look we beat the Avs without scoring a single goal 5v5. That's...concerning?

Assuming my math is correct, Chicago has become the first Western team to clinch a playoff spot, while Boston and Toronto jointly become the first Eastern teams to officially miss the playoffs. Congrats/condolences

Currently says 226 days for Yakupov...

Utter cheapshot when getting your doors blown off to go after Nails with less than 3 to play.
Glad to see the rook stepping up in his defense though

Doesn't look like there's any more games this season so watch yer ass next year

Seconded. Also DAL has pulled ahead to 2nd OA in the West. Can we take a moment and appreciate THAT climb. They were out of the playoffs, considering their options, what, 2 months in? Grats man, looks like there will be a defense of the cup after all.

We went 1/10 on the powerplay? I'm impressed by our discipline, but disappointed in our powerplay.

-Ryan Kesler finally ended his 12 game goal drought.
-Ryan Getzlaf finally ended his 10 game point drought.
-Anze Kopitar finally ended his 14 game goal drought.
-Nicklas Backstrom finally ended his 22 game goal drought.

Hmm, no wonder 2021 has been rough. Thanks, captain Getzlaf!

Yikes, so he's missing the first 4-6 weeks of next season too
