March - Out like a Lion they say... from some old time hockey, a scare, and a game between the Sharks and Stars that was as gentlemanly as you can find these days... on a NYI note.. I've got my back up in so not sure how these wins are happening.. I honestly was expecting to go the other way with Wells' record and GAA... Sorry Boston.. you get a better pick?

Arizona has clinched a spot, Tampa may have (tie-breaker dependent), while the Islanders have been eliminated.
Buffalo and the Flyers are tied for 8th, though Philly has a game in hand, while Carolina is just one point up in 7th.

I'm honestly shocked that that wasn't another embarrassing debacle based on the goaltending in the last two games, especially since Tarasenko suffer a boo-boo in the first and noped out for the rest of the game.

Probably cause I wasn't doing the sim I feel like my EHM hates San Jose or something
(Edit) I looked through the results and there's a slight sample size issue (I've simmed 14 San Jose games, other people have simmed 65), but, well...
Days I sim: .464 winning percentage, 2.50 GF/gp, 3.14 GA/gp
Days I don't sim: .631 winning percentage, 3.43 GF/gp, 3.05 GA/gp

Beyond the hilarity of this reality, lol, I would wonder how it breaks out to H/A games. Teams tend to (not always) but tend to perform quite better at home. I know my H/A record is starkly different, but again, even one season is a small sample size.

Home / Away is a big factor. Buffalo is the ONLY team with more road wins than home wins this season. I have 27 of my 41 wins at home.

The Rangers need to be at Madison Square Garden. Gonna be a tough playoffs...
