Recruiting new GMs

We haven't had an application in a while and have three spots to fill (ARI, FLA, NJ). My entire recruitment repertoire of periodically bumping a post on hfboards has not yielded much recently, so I would appreciate any ideas or efforts on your part to get more applicants to joinnnn usss.

Try ehm the blueline and GM games. I wish there were better ways. Someone once posted that the remaining leagues should work together to ensure survival and figure out how to attract new GMs. It's a pretty big learning curve and the runtime errors/file registry issues turn some off (and are more common with new OSes). What other leagues are still going?
