-The always feisty Red Wings/Avalanche rivalry continued this evening with Colorado's Tyler Biggs netting himself a 4 game suspension after he netted Detroit's Isac Lundeström a month long knee injury. Brett Howden stuck up for Lundeström, but it took him 20 minutes to do so, and he only roughed with Biggs, not fought with him. It is safe to assume Isac Lundeström is the least liked player named Isac Lundeström within the Red Wings locker room. Detroit did manage to come away with the 4-1 road win, which also may have angered them.
-Kings doubled up the Leafs 4-2, picking up a victory for backup goalie Riku Helenius who finished with 19 saves. Peyton Krebs (of Spongebob Squarepants fame) netted a hat trick.
-The same 4-2 scoreline saw the Pens beat the Bruins, thanks to 4 unanswered goals late in the 1st through the 2nd period.
-Arizona defeated St Louis 3-2, hanging on for dear life after trade bait board #11 Mattias Tedenby got the Blues within one with 9 minutes to go in the third.

Fixed a few things in players.ehm on the site only:
Assigned Blake McLaughlin to COL farm (forgot to do this on Monday; he was stuck in limbo on team 0)
Cut Pierre-Marc Bouchard and Darnell Nurse's salaries in half to reflect retention

Damn Detroit and their accelerated rebuild.
Damir Galin, he of the 53 OF and 86 DF, has been one of my main offensive producers lately... that is NOT a good thing. Is this a good time to remind everyone he and his bargain contract are available?
