Panthers accept. Kartayev was acquired when I thought there was still a chance to salvage the season with home ice advantage in the first round. We'll likely make the playoffs but get pancaked in the first round. This is a decent return and hopefully Ottawa is a little worse by the time these picks come around. Kozak might make it as a fourth liner.
