The Stars' extra practice did little to improve their motivation, and that seemed to hold true through the first two periods as each team scored a goal but a goaltending duel seemed like the probable outcome.

Well, that all fell apart early in the third, as Joel Armia scored his 11th of the playoffs to grab the Stars' second lead of the game, one that they never quite relinquished. Andre Burakowsky scored a critical slump-busting insurance goal. Dubois and Krejci each brought the Ducks back within one - the latter with under two minutes left - but a Namestnikov empty netter with 4 seconds left sealed the deal, shooting down the Ducks' valiant comeback attempt.

The '21 Champion Montreal Canadiens will host the '20 Champion Dallas Stars in the Cup Final, starting on Sunday.

It turned out to be a pretty dramatic series in the end. Had to use the XP. Burakowski with the big performance when needed.

You'll be back next year Seth and Marty just crushing it these last 3 years. To be the man you gotta beat the man! Good luck in the finals.
