I've been exploring upgrades for Pilon for a while now, and Provorov provides a significant one without bringing too much of a salary increase compared to Pilon. A first and Vierling certainly aren't nothing in return, but I'm betting on a good showing from the team next season, and Vierling's skillset is shared by a number of other prospects who'll get the chance to step up and make their case going forward.
