Hall needs 64 shots without scoring to break the All Time Top 10 in shots without a goal in a season.

I'm thinking the awful plus-minuses are a sign that Lee Stone needs to come back and take care of his team. (I've tried to text)

Right now is crazy, in the West the two teams that were conference finalists last year are both missing the playoffs.

You probably need Max Lapierre.

Still no Habs for the bad news.....except for their team as a whole. Can we include that?

We can talk Lapierre in the offseason. I'll pay that price tag.

Shouldn't have let big Boogaard into free agency. Could really use him right now! :(

The only reason Ranger's in the discussion is because he doesn't handle the puck enough to turn it over.

I think Philip Larsen of the Texas Stars deserves extra special mention for his ground-breaking -78 in just 72 games.

Farm stats in EHM are wonky at best, but here are some notables, by "popular" demand:

...Mathieu Perreault, SPR -- no goals on 44 shots
...the aforementioned Philip Larsen, TEX -- a whopping -78 in 72 games

...Sebastien Wannstrom, HFD (yay) -- 52 goals [although a tip of the hat to MAN's Mason Raymond, who had 43 in 52 games before his call-up]
...Mario Bliznak (GREAT name), MAN -- 64 assists
...Michael Sauer, HFD -- +87 [his D partner, Nigel Williams, is also chugging along at a +84. Maybe I should call up one of these guys.]

And to think, Walters is calling up that scrub Reimer. Loses at home to Texas. Who does that?

James Reimer is the best goalie the Leafs have had since those 10 games of J-S Aubin in 2006, which ruined the Leafs' draft spot and left them stuck with Jiri Tlusty. Yes, it all comes back to Jiri Tlusty.

It's good to see Korpikoski finally falling off the worst TA/GA ratio top five, and Doan is now third in the league in shooting percentage. Sweet.

Again, nice work Bub.

I like 2.5*PP% + PK%/5. It should add up to a nice round 100% if the average PP/PK is 20%/80% and weights them roughly evenly.

Or maybe just PPGF - PKGA.
