Section 8F4 of the Rulebook clearly states:Tampa Bay GM wrote:Since when is there a suspension review board?Commissioner (CBJ) wrote:The EHEC Suspension Review Board has suspended Chris Kunitz 2 games for his head shot on the Chicago Blackhawks' Patrick Sharp.
A. We will follow EHM’s random suspension policy.
However, a mandatory suspension will be imposed on any
intent to injure penalty resulting in a head injury. This will
simulate the NHL’s headshot policy. The Committee will take
in to account the player, his reputation, and the length the
injured player will be out when determining suspension
length

Wow, Callahan was hurt for the real life Rangers last night. Scary coincidence.
Broken ankle (likely) for the real one, though.

Reading the thread, it appears I blew my wad when I thought I could re-sign Chara (even though I cant afford to now even if he wanted to re-sign). The rest of the thread obv went way over my head, ADD much. Thanks for the advice Pat, I'll def consider that strategy moving forward :p.Commissioner (CBJ) wrote:No problem, it was posted on the boards back on June 29, 2010 in this thread.
