The Lightning move closer to an opening round sweep as Buffalo's PP lets them down and panic sets in for Washington as the Pens take a strangle hold in that series. Out west, business picks up as both Dallas and St. Louis take series leads thanks to OT/late goals, the Sharks blow a 3 goal lead while Lehtonen stands on his head for the Blues. http://www.ehechockey.com/EHEC.zip.

Another fucking 30 second OT loss while blowing a 3 goal lead to a team that plays its backup in the playoffs and puts Brad Richards on the 4th line. What the fuck :?:

Nabokov gets outplayed by a 23 year old rookie. Great.

Seriously. Three shots would've done it.

Jesus Christ. Do I have to blame Phoenix's miserable playoff performances on fucking Bryzgalov EVERY year? Fuck me. That is a fucking disgraceful performance. I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the Phoenix players beat Bryz to death in the locker room after the game. You should never lose a game when you outshoot the opposition 37-10. We totally dominated St. Louis in that game, and coming away without a win is extraordinarily frustrating.

Are there any decent goalies in the draft this year?

Haven't put any in the file yet. Haven't really researched it, either. John Gibson, the #1 NA CSB goaltender, has been fantastic in the U18s in Germany, though. He'll be the best one in our draft.

Dammit, somewhat close this time. Its a tall (ie. near impossible) order to comeback at all, but a win would be nice.

No more European goalies. I want a good ol' Canadian boy in net.

Also, if I wanted a decently-talented but inconsistent goalie, I wouldn't have traded away Al "The Enigma" Montoya. :P

I think Jaroslav Halak is looking for a new team. Atleast that's what his agent says.
