Abandonned teams
Shouldn't we use computer lines on those teams?
I feel bad for Patrice Bergeron who's been a healthy scratch for the past 37 games or so.
I would even volunteer to the task of putting together the best possible lines for these teams if need be!

Re: Abandonned teams
Adam probably doesn't want a thread on this, but....
DAL and BUF aren't that bad, but closing in on a month of inactivity (I assume, could be sending in instructions/dl gamefile without browsing forums) isn't that impressive. VAN still has an account on the forums, but left/got fired awhile ago. 6 inactive teams isn't that bad imo, we've all seen how hard it is to be a full league for any prolonged period of time.

GM LAST VISITED
MIN Tue Sep 06, 2011
OTT Thu Aug 04, 2011
BOS Thu Nov 24, 2011
DAL Sat Dec 17, 2011
BUF Wed Dec 21, 2011

Re: Abandonned teams
It's fine. I know it's there. It's not an elephant in the room.
We had a good applicant before I left and I never got in touch with him. He was a youngin', but had a decent application. Beyond that, there's not much to do. If I post on Fhockey, I get some apps that look decent and then a handful of guys just flame out. I'll see if I can track that kid down.
The MIN GM still checked in with his fantasy football team that he drafted with the league but never checked in on his Wild. Periodically, I'll swap goalies back and forth for inactive teams just to adhere to the games played rule if they get a GM, but that's about it.
BUF was around a ton and then he couldn't re-install EHM or something and never really came back. Both him and OTT are friends of Bern's, so I'd hope he would try and get them back in the swing of things.
I can't believe we can never get a decent Vancouver GM.
DAL and BOS are probably lost causes. I like Mike Leib, but his mind is always everywhere else, even when I talk to him.
Friends and family are about all we can hope for in the EHM community anymore. Good applicants just aren't around.

Buffalo just got a new laptop, it's a matter of days before he gets back into it. He will stay for good.
As for Ottawa, he's not interested because he doesn't like his team/he's too busy jacking off. But, he likes the league setup a lot. I'll ask him what are his plans with the league when he gets back from his vacation.

Well, if he can guarantee being around, he doesn't have to be Ottawa. It's not like he put his personal stamp on them.As for Ottawa, he's not interested because he doesn't like his team/he's too busy jacking off. But, he likes the league setup a lot. And get him a girlfriend.

we all know this is no excuse....if it were i would have been thrown out long, long ago.Penguin wrote:...he's too busy jacking off...
and that is not even the funniest part of this post; this is: i test simmed a bunch of times for last night's game and the only way i was beating MIN was with 3 lines of NZT. thinking i didn't want to tip my hand to MIN and knowing that i was going to be home last night, i sat on my lines all day waiting to post them after 9; fell asleep on the couch waiting for the Cavs to start; woke with a start and ran to the computer to get lines in before sim. if only this thread existed yesterday....

Plenty of good free porn out there. Plus, I don't think hookers take credit card. Unless their cleavage/vagina has a card reader in it. I don't know how upscale those broads are nowadays.Bub(NYR) wrote:Or a credit card.

Thank you for the latter image.
True, free porn is out there aplenty. Pretty much any google image search will turn up nudity. Which is awesome.

Re: Abandonned teams
Why would he? Boston is playing pretty well right now and it's not like Bergeron is any good, but hey I'm all for it from a division rival standpoint.
