So the Canes bring Joe Corvo back AGAIN. Really, JR? Even if they trade a guy like McBain for a forward, is Corvo really a stopgap for now?

This free agent frenzy has been pretty funny but not quite as insane as I might have expected. I think it has proved that Holland is losing his mind a little and Dale Tallon is a dumbass - Kuba for $4M for two years?

Biiiiiiig money from Vancouver for Jason Garrison....Wow. Pretty good for a guy who wasn't even in the file a few years ago.

Zach Parise and Ryan Suter sign with Minnesota.

Let me repeat that: Zach fucking Parise, that guy who's been rather decent with New Jersey lately, and Ryan shitting Suter, he of the respectable defensive play in Nashville, sign with the goddamn Wild. Not Detroit. Not Vancouver. Not Chicago. Not Pittsburgh. Minnegoddamnsota.

Pick your jaws off the floor if you can.

Minnesota kinda deserves it. More than fucking Detroit or Pittsburgh.

Yeah, turned on the news this morning and saw on the sidebar "Nash Trade" and thought Howson had finally pulled the trigger. Forgot there was another Nash out there...

And then there's this: http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nhl-puck- ... --nhl.html

Oh Toronto sports teams, you never fail to disappoint.

At least the Marlies should still be good next season.

What the fuck is Holmgren smoking?.....Philly is already spending well over 25 million on the blueline and that doesn't even include Webber.

I guess Pronger is done?

Yeah, Pronger's done.

Bananas.

Nashville has to match it... I mean, I don't know if they have the cheddar, but what are they gonna do?
