Peter Mueller will miss most of October thanks to an illegal hit from Yann Sauve. The Sharks win a thriller against the Coyotes in the final tune-up for their always-exciting season series.

Preseason is done. Opening night is October 11.

Coburn who I just traded had a great game for the Ducks only too see Filatov score his first goal in his first game as a Flame and playing a PERFECT game. Big Georges also scores his first goal and ends the preseason with 1GA, 14TA, 12HG and 0HT... pretty impressive now ain't it?

This roster has not taken a single penalty in the last 3 games. And while I'm at it, everyone's been tremendous.
It's looking good.
