Ed Jovanovski will miss the next game for taking Logan MacMillan out for a couple of weeks.

A nice debut for Taylor Beck with a goal, an assist, a +2 rating, and the third star in a Red Wings win over the Blues. The Coyotes should fear the wrath of Parker after managing just seven shots on goal against the Ducks. Simeon Varlamov picks up a shutout as the Caps blank the Flyers. Teemu Pulkkinen's goal with 13 seconds left propels the Hurricanes to two points over the Wild. Nikita Filatov returns for the Flames, but it's an ugly result as the Blackhawks take a 3-1 win.

Well, that shows total disrespect to the other team, the fans, my cat, and the billions of earthlings who don't even watch hockey. Thank goodness Michel Therrien is putting an end to this kind of crap in Montreal, at least.

I just might, Brad. I can take a loss against a team I should beat (stupid EHM sim engine) but my squad was completely fucking dominated there. What the fuck just happened???

Oh well, better teams have been shut out by Anaheim this season. Polish up your rear-view mirror, Parker

Whether SJ is a better team than PHX is debatable, but at least you got 32 shots in that game; it was a legitimate case of coming up against a goalie who stood on his head rather than a case of everyone on my whole fucking team other than Bryzgalov taking the fucking night off.

Oh well, can't win em all.

Let's schedule the debate for 9 PM in the town hall!

I also lost 7-5 to Anaheim this season, but that was Al "AHL superstar" Montoya, so... I'd better start picking up those "easy" points from Anaheim soon.

Pretty soon anything other than a Steve Yzerman celebration will be an unsportsmanlike penalty.
