Another good night for the auto-lined teams (surprise surprise!) as the Preds, Blues, and Hurricanes are all victorious. The Jackets' youngsters shake off some early jitters to play two pretty decent periods. Taylor Beck kicks off the scoring against his former team, but the Lightning manage to keep it close despite allowing 44 shots. The Jets struggle against St. Louis's regular lineup. da Hawks win, giving Femur something to unnecessarily gloat about.

Some big time players making early apparitions in the preseason...
Feels good looking at those scoreboards again. Hands down the best time of year.

I'm impressed that my pylons even made it close.
