It's not a good night to be a home team as road teams win seven of tonight's 10 games. The most shocking comes in Montreal, where the Habs have a terrible night on special teams and Marc-Andre Fleury posts a shutout in a 4-0 Leafs win. Dion Phaneuf's late heroics and a strong performance from Rick DiPietro lead the Flames to a couple of points over their provincial rivals. The Hurricanes jump out to a 3-0 lead and the Kings fall short in their comeback attempt, failing to score the equalizer in the third. Seth Jones scores his first career EHEC goal, but it's nowhere near enough as the Rangers fall 5-3 to the Flyers. An unlikely hero leads the Penguins to a Soldier Field win in tonight's outdoor game as Jesse Winchester's go-ahead goal in the second and empty netter increase his 2013-14 goal output by 100% in a Penguins win. The Jackets beat up on the Panthers with a seven-goal outburst from six different goal scorers. The Bruins get a gritty game winner from Ryan Smyth and his majestic flow in a 4-3 win over the Capitals.

Happy March! The Trade Deadline is Wednesday at 10 pm EST.

This team sure likes to struggle against some absolutely poor teams.

Could have used those 2 points with ANA/PHO/LA/SJ up on deck.

If an "absolutely poor team" beats you three times at home including two 4-0 shut outs, what does that say about your team?

Have you beaten MTL 3 times this year? My point exactly. Every year they struggle vs TOR for some reason.

My answer would be 79 points to 65......

Oh, we're back to giving up 5 goals a game now, are we? Thanks for letting me know.

False. But they are not necessarily finalized; there will likely be some tweaking when the next rankings come out, and if we feel anyone needs altering. So PM me if you find any mistakes or have any issues. But any "I saw this guy play and he passes like Gretzky so 150 PL ceiling please" messages will be ignored. :P
