Just to add, I believe Eetu Sopanen salary should be 1.25 mil as per "draft review" bonus.

Ryan Miller (rights)
Terms:
GM proposal: $5,000,000
Agent proposal: $5,750,000

Unfortunately the GM offer comes at less than 90% of the arbitrator's number (threshold of $5,175,000) and Miller will become a free agent. Brett, you can still bid on Miller when he hits UFA.

Don't you get two chances?
3. Teams will have two chances to sign a player whose rights they
have acquired. If the first attempt fails, they can re-submit a new
contract offer against the same arbitration number.

I screwed up the first attempt because I did not properly understand the arbitration rules... c'est la vie, almost eager to watch him rot in the UFA pool for spite, the greedy bastard.

*I think the TW option was missed on Ashton Saunter's contract.

On that note it appears Ryan Graves does not have a TW on his ELC as well, just wondering if that could be fixed or if it is too far after the fact.

We don't use TW contracts anymore.

Never entirely sure about anything rule based. But I believe that thread just mentions the lack of protection that a TW contract used to give for demoting players... ie 25 and under + anyone that has a TW was exempt from waivers, whereas now it's just anyone 25 and under is exempt. Don't remember seeing a TW abolishment thread, but would be awesome to get some clarification.

Things would get pretty expensive on the farm team with no TW's and 25 guys making 400k to 1.5 mil.
