NAS 4 - NYI 2
OTT 4 - PIT 3 (ot)
WSH 3 - CHI 1
NYR 2 - MTL 1
TB 7 - DAL 2
BUF 6 - FLA 5
EDM 4 - STL 1

Buffalo...that 2nd period...
Demoted Hudon (no waivers) to get WSH to 23 players.
NYI still winless...EDM gets first win...WSH still unbeaten in regulation. Hey, it's early in the season but it still matters.

Winnipeg and Pittsburgh are still under the roster minimum.
Ottawa's over the contract limit but they've posted a release so they'll be fine.
Winnipeg's still over the cap.
Ottawa's over the cap (with the Wruck demotion, they'll be fine).
Washington's over the cap courtesy of their Niittymaki claim.

Well nice second period but playing defense wouldn't be a bad idea...
But the Goal winner after the WG is priceless
