And our 2010 EHEC Olympic Winter Games have finally kicked off! A special thanks and recognition goes out to newly appointed IOC member Adam for his hard work on making this Olympic tournament possible. Even if you don't have a team, be sure to download the file and check it out. Its certainly a unique and awesome edition to any online league.

Some minor issues with the sim tonight, with unused, unassigned teams claiming Olympians on waivers slowing down the process. Regardless, the US, Canada, and Russia all win in unsurprising manner, though the shots are outstanding for some. Before we had issues with Team Russia, Nick told me the Norway-Canada game shots were 118-5.

That was unreal. I believe the final was 7-0 Canada, who also wound up going 0/7 on the PP.

The issue was that non-Olympic teams weren't assigned to human control. Vancouver kept claiming Kovalchuk on waivers, making it so that their roster had insufficient players. Some time trying to figure out the issue and some random GM names later, problem solved.
