FREE AGENCY CHANGES

Starting now, all offers to free agents must be made publicly on the message board in the Free Agency section.
This is how it's going to work:

- First bidder must start a thread titled with the player's name, just like the Free Agents account was doing. The initial post will be the first bidder's offer.
- Other bidders will reply in the on-going thread with their offers. You can NOT match an offer anymore, all new offers must be better than the previous one, whether it includes more money or a longer term.
- Bidding in steps still apply.
- The winning bid must stand for 24h.
- There is NO LIMIT in the number of bids you can make.


This will take care of a couple issues we had with the way we handled FA up to now. At the same time, it will really ease our job during that time.

You guys can now open bids, close bids, tell other guys if their bids aren't legit... in other words, you'll be able to kind of police yourselves.
