Question about bonuses

I see the new base dollar amount, but what do the bonuses mean after that? Are those suppose to be added/subtracted with the new base amount?

The only column you have to look at is NEW $(M) (column AL). Although, I don't think it's been updated for UFA/RFA age so, if someone's listed as RFA, might want to check the UFA column (AI) as well.
