Carolina's still at 51 contracts.
The Rangers and Nashville are still over the cap.

What's putting me over?

I should be sitting at $59,630,000.

I'm guessing you're subtracting Artyukhin from your total? The way LTIR works is that, if you're over the cap, your cap hit for that day will either be 60M or it'll be reduced by, at most, your allowable room (which is calculated for each player based on your first game after the injury).

In case that reads as complete gibberish:
Artyukhin's LTIR was calculated at 1.35M so, since your current cap total is 60.99M, that gets reduced to 60M.
If you're less than 60M, it will be unaffected by LTIR.
If you're over 61.35M, it'll be 61.35M - 1.35M.

You need to be at 59,982,368 (including Artyukhin) to get under the cap.
