What the hell kind of number is that?

Closest EHM has is 2.6M, so he'll be offered that. If accepted, offer will be readjusted to an actual number, $2,680,000. Have to go with the closer number. It's either 2.75M or 2.6M, but 2.6M is closer. We will not round up in the case of rights offers. Only round down. Also, the SB available are 1,166,600 or 1,333,300. Again, we will round down, not to mention the 1.33M would violate the 50% SB rule.
