Reasoning:
I needed a top line winger for my top 6 and Mitts fits the bill. Hate losing Kotkaniemi, especially with his defensive ability and contract, but gotta give to get. Hopefully mitts lights it up with Matthews.

Mittelstadt will be too pricey for me. So financially, this trade just makes too much sense for me. Kotkaniemi will pivot my 3rd line, get some special team minutes and can take someone's place on my 2nd line any day.
