Ever since Gritty has taken over these Flyers, he has made it his mission to rebuild this team into a Stanley Cup contender. He made 5 trades on this Wednesday, involving a big name talent Leon Draisital being shipped away. Gritty brought in Mitchell Vonde Sompel from the Anaheim Ducks to clear up some cap, and I think will grow into an elite talent. Sompel was stuck in a bad position on Anaheim, and he will flourish in the Flyers system en route to the Stanley Cup.

The Flyers also made multiple smaller trades moving out some low end picks for defenseman like Brady Skjei, and Scott Mayfield. This filled the Flyers block needs, and now Gritty is looking forward to free agency.
