Late game excitement in Nashville, where the home team, down 3-2, managed to tie things up without the goalie, but then gave up the winner early in overtime. Aidan Muir opened the scoring with his playoff-leading 5th goal (he has no assists).

St. Louis took the night's second game 5-3, despite Zack Kassian earning the first star with two goals on the night.

Edmonton also won their game 5-3, but no one scored two goals in it. Sadly for Arizona, that does mean the Oilers got the brooms out.

Finally, in an unexpected blowout, San Jose won 6-0, joining Chicago and Dallas with 3-1 series leads.

Powerplay update for those keeping track: the eight teams went 1 for 22, with Chicago getting the only goal on their five attempts.

Well, those new lines worked out exactly as planned. Now to lose three straight and embarrass ourselves!
